Our Process:
1. Once you decide you're interested in reaching out to us, simply fill out and submit the short form on our Contact page. This information will let us know which services you'd like to learn more about and allow us to check our availability for your date.
2. We'll respond to your inquiry and confirm if we have your date available. If we do, we'll move forward with scheduling a quick phone call or online consultation. Here we'll dive into the details of what we offer, chat about what is important for the success of your big day, and answer any questions you may have. It's important to note that we don't expect any booking decisions to be made on this call. You'll have 7 days after to discuss everything and decide if we're a good fit for your entertainment needs.
3. Right after the consultation call, we send over our full Pricing Guide. This guide provides pricing for each service, package, and enhancement that we offer.
4. Once you've decided to book with us, we'll enter the booking process which involves the signing of our contract and payment of a non-refundable $300 deposit (Note: Dance Floor bookings require a 50% deposit). After the contract has been signed and the deposit is received we'll move into the planning process.
5. During the planning process we'll use Google Worksheets to gather important details about your wedding day like: key song selections, overall music preferences, music you don't want us to play, your timeline, etc. During this time, you'll be able to reach out to us as needed, as often as you'd like, to get feedback and answers to any of your new questions.
6. Once we're within 30 days before your wedding day, we'll schedule a final consultation to confirm your timeline, room layout, and other details that may not be known until then. After this consultation, we'll finish preparing our unique playlist for your event. This list will consist of songs we think will keep your dance floor full based on your Google Worksheet answers and our planning conversations.
7. On the day of your wedding, we'll arrive at least 2 hours early to get set up. We'll communicate with the other professionals you've hired (especially the photographer and/or day-of coordinator) to avoid any confusion about how the evening will transpire. From there it's all about execution and providing you with stress-free wedding day entertainment!
